1. Who we are

This website (forthrightfs.com) is operated by Forthright Financial Services (“Forthright,” “we,” “us”), a registered investment advisor located at 1200 S Main St. Ste 109, Weatherford, Texas 76086. For any privacy question or request, email info@forthrightfs.com or call 817-661-1231.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and the minimal technical information any website receives:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), type of business (optional), and your message.
• Mini-course request form: your first name, last name (optional), and email address.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard access-log data such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of each request, for security and to keep the site running.
• Usage analytics: see section 5 below.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and set up a call if you ask for one.
• To send you the cash flow template and tutorial you requested.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to find and fix usability problems.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who else processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity provides the usage analytics described in section 5. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third-party font service.

5. Cookies and usage analytics

This website does not set cookies. We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with the site’s pages — where they scroll, click, and get stuck — so we can find and fix issues and bugs with the site. Clarity is configured in cookie-free mode, so it does not place cookies on your device or identify you across visits. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured in recordings. We do not use these recordings to store personal information about you or for advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to registered investment advisors. Mini-course requests are kept until the template has been delivered and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up questions. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its standard retention practice.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, unless a legal recordkeeping obligation requires us to keep it. Email info@forthrightfs.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where information is processed

We and the providers named above are based in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period.
